Biography for Renée Kopp
Renee Kopp's reputation as a premiere wedding planner, coordinator and decorator in Lancaster County has grown with her almost twenty years of experience with more than 500 weddings and events. Whether wedding guests number fifty or over five hundred, Kopp's full-service wedding planning, decorating and floral business, Celebrations!, helps "marry" her clients to the services, vendors and values in the Lancaster County Region.
Kopp's solid business philosophy of attention to detail, organizing, and integrity began when she worked as a Manpower Planning Analyst with IBM. Her training in the creation of major projects while managing multiple tasks, has been a continuous touchstone to how she approaches each event today. Leaving Corporate America in 1988, Kopp moved to Lancaster County, PA, to plan her first wedding – her own! She married hot air balloon pilot, Kirby Kopp, and from his contacts with the events industry, she branched out as a decorator working with Local and National Corporations, as well as many Local Businesses and individuals.
As creator and promoter of the region's Biggest & Best Wedding Showcase, held annually in Lancaster County, Kopp has heightened her reputation in the local wedding industry niche. As her vision and experience grows, she continues to add more event and wedding related services while offering unique and creative floral designs, elaborate balloon decorations, tuxedo rentals, invitations, along with many other "must have" wedding related products and services.
Kopp excels in designing each unique wedding from the dreams and desires of the couple to create a lifetime of wedding memories, not only for them but for their guests as well. Kopp believes that the wedding reception is the first formal "party" that a couple throws as husband and wife, and therefore, all their guests should experience a truly one-of-a-kind event, just as they imagined it.
During consultations and meetings, she expertly incorporates her clients' ideas for traditional or themed celebrations, while instinctively guiding them toward an event made more relaxed by the peace of mind she brings to the process. Kopp finds it extremely important that everyone has fun along the way, so the bridal couple and their families can actually enjoy the whole planning experience.
