Preliminary Consulting: $100.00 per hour

  • Gets you starting and going in the right direction, and sometimes is all you need.
  • Includes a customized list of what you need to be working on and in what order.

When you want to relax and enjoy the Big Day . . .

Rehearsal and All Day Ceremony and Reception Coordination: Starting at $3,000

Wedding Coordination:

Many people underestimate the importance of having a coordinator the day of their event. Your concerns are well validated - planning a multi-faceted event and then putting it into "auto-pilot" mode on Friday evening for rehearsal, and then all day Saturday on the big day can have unpleasant outcomes. Our goal is to tie up all the loose ends, assist in every way possible and to help ensure that your dream day exceeds all your expectations without wearing out yourself or your family.

  • Review of all your Vendor contracts for Ceremony and Reception
  • Attend ceremony planning meeting with Officiant
  • Preparation of a detailed itinerary of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception
  • Supervision of the set up of the ceremony site and vendors, flowers, etc.
  • Assistance to the bride and wedding party prior to the ceremony
  • Assistance to the bride and wedding party until they depart to reception
  • Transportation of SMALL items from the ceremony to the reception
  • Emergency Items and management
  • Supervision of the set-up of the reception site and vendors, flowers, décor, etc.
  • Receiving deliveries on your behalf (wedding cake, flowers, etc.)
  • Supervision of and communication with vendors for the duration of the reception
  • Assistance to the guests in any way possible, and the handling of any unexpected events
  • Issue payments to vendors
  • Supervise clean-up and return of rental items at ceremony

When time is limited and the budget allows . . .

Planning, Consulting, Designing and Event Coordination: Starting at $5,500

Wedding Planning/Consulting:

You may choose to do all of the planning yourself, or accept help from your friends and family and enjoy the entire process. This can certainly be a rewarding and bonding experience if time and energies permit. However, what if you are short on time or have little desire to orchestrate the whole process or event? Then you can relax and rely on the services of Renee Kopp and her staff at Celebrations! who collectively have over 50 years of experience servicing weddings in Lancaster County.

  • Includes all the services in the Rehearsal and All Day Ceremony and Reception Coordination Package, plus:
  • Vendor and Venue referrals and consultations
  • Assistance in Invitations, Favors, Tuxedo, Flowers Selections and Site Decor
  • Guidance in selection of ceremony and reception theme(s)
  • Planning Calendar, Time management and individualized “to do” lists as needed
  • Vendor contract evaluation and review writing
  • Guest List Management
  • Budget Management
  • Event Timelines for all parties in the event
  • Light snacks and beverages for the bridal party on the wedding day
  • Advice on engagement and wedding announcements to local papers
  • Assistance with vows, speech/ toast writing
  • Marriage license and name change assistance
  • Hotel accommodation arrangements for out of town guests
  • Responsibility to handle any challenge, ensuring that the wedding couple, family and guests are able to RELAX and enjoy this memorable investment
